Privacy Policy

Deal alerts

When you sign up for deal alerts we store your email address, first name (if you give one), ZIP code, any interests you choose, and the date and wording of the consent you gave. We use this only to send AreaPulse360 deal notifications for your area. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Business inquiries

When a business asks to be featured we store the details entered in the form so our team can review the inquiry and reply. Submitting an inquiry does not publish anything.

How it's protected

This information is never shown to other visitors and is not sold. Only authorized AreaPulse360 administrators can access it. To limit spam we keep a one-way hash of the network address used to submit a form, not the address itself.

Location searches

The location you search is stored on your own device so category pages remember it. Signed-in users can choose to save locations to their account.
